I have a small child and its my only one. I don't have much family that isn't already busy with their own small family or is just not willing to watch a small child in diapers. My boy is 1 years old I don't trust many people but if able to find someone I liked and my GF liked I could make it semi consistent and other than making sure my boy is cared for I also have elderly grandparents we moved in with that may need some assistance
