Subject to change as he gets older but awake up is around 9:00 a.m. accompanied with a bottle followed with swing time for an hour with a low stimulating show (until about 11:30). Next bottle or feed is around noon- 12:30 followed with tummy time on his play mat & reading until his dad leaves for work around 1:30-2:00. Next bottle or feed is around the same time dad leaves followed with a nap until about 4:30-5:00. Next bottle or feed is around 5:30-6:00 followed with his activity chair & assisted toy play/reading. Change clothes for bed & change into sleep sac around 8:00, last bottle 8:30 followed with Goodnight moon & bedtime at 9:00.
