Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Stilwell (and Baby On The Way)

I am currently seeking an individual to care for my two sons ages 3 1/2 and 1 1/2 years old. Preferred qualities include: assertiveness, caring, clean, organized, safe and aware, energetic, positive and faith based. Hours and days of the week are flexible although initially, I was thinking Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays for about 3 to 4 hours a day and a few evenings during the week. I wouldn't mind splitting the daytime and evening shifts with two nannies as I know it can be difficult to adjust to both a daytime and evening schedule. In addition, we are expecting a new baby girl near the end of October. I would not need care for her until she is about 2 to 3 months of age. Some days there may be only a requirement for two of the children and other days there may be a need for all three. Thank you for reading, blessings to you!
