Both parents work from home but need a dedicated caregiver when we have busy days and lots of meetings. Most weeks will be Mon/Tue mornings but we may have a one-off busy afternoon every once in awhile, too. Our 3-month-old is very calm, quiet, happy. She sleeps quite a bit still.
