Care For 2 Energetic And Lovable Kiddos!

I have two energetic children that I am needing picked up from school and brought back to the house and watched until I get home from work. They love to play in the backyard with the dog or play games! I want someone that makes sure my kids are safe and happy while I'm unable to be there. Someone we can grow with over the years as during the summer I would need it to be 7:30am-5:30 p.m. during the weeks. I'd love someone who can grow with us as a family as our schedules change. The kids love to play outside in the backyard with the family dog. They also very much enjoy playing games. We have tons of games and they would love nothing more than to play! They will have small amount of homework on occasion. They don't have too much yet, but I'd love someone who can help them get that done before playing g outside or playing games. I am looking for someone who is good with kids who have a lot of energy, someone who can handle a child with ADHD. Someone who is also great with pets as we do have a dog and cat as well. There is street parking in front of our house. We have a dog, German shepherd/lab mix. She is the sweetest thing you'll ever meet. She does get very excited though and loves to lick and jump. We're working on the jumping. She would be kenneled when you get to the house, I'd prefer someone who would be ok letting her out of her kennel and letting her outside. We also have a cat, an American shorthair. She is super calm, tends to stay to herself. She does not get kenneled and she does like to try to sneak out the doors so we do need someone who can pay close attention to that and make sure all doors get closed quickly.
