Flexibility. We are a divorced family so you will be going back and forth between 2 houses (about 10 minutes apart). Mom and Dad get along well and are very invested in the kids lives. We're looking for someone who is understanding of our situation and can be flexible and dependable. Sports and school. All 3 kids are very active and play all the sports. Will need help shuttling to practices and being active with them in the summer. Homework and transportation
