Twins born in January. Boy/girl. I work a 4 on 4 off schedule and have 50/50 custody with my custodial days being Monday evening-Wednesday evening and every other weekend. They have a separate daycare they attend when they're with mom. My schedule means if I work Monday-Thursday this week, then next week Ill work Tues-Friday and so on. Some weeks Ill need care Sat-Wednesday but some weeks not at all depending how the schedule falls.
