B is just under 3 months old. He generally is very sweet dispositioned and we're really just in the transition from newborn to infant stage. Right now we're trying mostly to focus on tummy time (which he seems to hate all of the sudden) and getting him used to a sleeping schedule, but that's not set in stone yet. Something important to note is that we are a married gay couple, so whoever potentially works with B would need to be aware of and okay with that.
