Active Family Seeking Nanny During Week + Opportunities For Weekends & Overnights

I am looking for a reliable, kind, and gentle babysitter for my two children - who are 11 and 13 years old. The sitter should have a reliable car, and be friendly, kind, and nurturing. My boys love to be active, and play outside. The sitter should have experience working with children who have experienced great trauma, and who have mild behavioral challenges . Sitter needs to be able to handle these situations gently, and understand not all arguments are worth winning. Schedule is M-F 3pm-8pm, can be flexible for the right candidate. Potential overnights and weekend sitting if sitter wants. Pay is $25/hour and I provide the sitter with a card to cover gas, and all kids expenses.
