Baby care including feeding, burping, swaddling, changing, soothing, and playtime Maintain baby areas; cleaning up after self and baby Keep changing areas stocked Organize baby areas, closet, dresser, and belongings (including sorting through outgrown clothes) Clean, wash, and sterilize baby bottles and pump items Adhere to the childcare philosophy of the parents choice Take out diaper trash as needed Provide safe, educational, loving, and engaging environment to nurture child Assist with independent sleep in pack n play or crib, and encouraging age-appropriate social skills and independence Maintain log or verbal communication with parents about babys day. Monitor babys health and development Maintain cleanliness of baby's environment Communicate effectively with parents Ensure babys overall wellbeing
