About the job
I'm searching for a responsible babysitter for one elementary-aged child who is on the autism spectrum, for the summer. She is verbal and very sweet. The position starts on May 27, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Every other week she'll be at her dad's and will only need care when with mom, one week on one week off. The ideal candidate has their own car and feels comfortable with pets. You will provide special needs support, drive the child to ABA therapy, and prepare meals and snacks. Light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing play areas, are also required. Candidates must have experience with special needs care and a love for children.
