Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Overland Park

We are looking for a nanny to help us with 2 daughters, who are 1 (almost 2) and 3 years old. We require previous experience with similarly aged children. We are looking for someone who wants around 25-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Tasks expected include: Feeding (food with mostly be prepared, but minimal work like heating in air fryer or microwave maybe needed) , Diapers (1-year-old only), playing/engaging (reading, drawing, dress up, provided games/activities, outside play, etc.), Cleaning up after kids/tidying areas after use, kids laundry. Will need to be comfortable going up and down stairs and might have to carry kids upstairs/downstairs. We also have a 5-year-old, 14 lb mini poodle who may need to be let out occasionally (fenced in back yard). They are very mobile, so be prepared to be active while working!
