Nanny Needed For 1 Child

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. I am a nurse and work 2-3, 12hr shifts a week. my husband goes to work from 8:30-5:30ish daily. we are trying to get into a daycare through my work but are wanting a more consistent nanny for the time being. my schedule varies every week but will know weeks in advance what it is! We are preferring a nanny who will come to our home.
