We have a little one on the way and will be needing a part-time nanny, about 3 days a week once baby is about 12 weeks old - starting mid Jan. 2026. I work from home majority of the time, but on occasion will need to go to in-person meetings for a couple hours. The schedule would likely be 9am-3 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday. It would be nice for the nanny to have flexibility and be able to stay until 4 p.m. on occasion if needed.
