Nanny Needed For My Children In Olathe.

I'm a heavy equipment operator and am struggling to find a sitter that is able to watch my newborn when I go back to work. I have what some people would call an unstable schedule as my job is very dependent on the weather- I don't work when the ground is wet or if it snows. I also have weeks where I'm working 12 hour days and sometimes am gone from 5:30 am-7:30pm- not everyday looks like this. I mostly need help on Thursday- Saturday when my mom isn't in town to help me. I'm also struggling to find someone who will accommodate my kiddos needs, like she needs to be bottle fed a certain way as we still breast feed and she struggles with a little bit of reflux, and most people that I have talked to about watching her tell me I'm ridiculous and it matter. She is a VERY easy going baby she rarely cries unless she's hungry or overtired.
