About the job
We are looking for a helper we can trust, who puts their faith in Jesus, and willing to be a team with us in growing our children in character and in their faith. We will have babysitting needs, we can be flexible with times. Our 4-year-old is highly sensitive, emotionally as well as to sounds, transitions, unexpected things, and also very intelligent, silly, and creative. She does not have a special needs diagnosis but I think has highly sensitive personality trait (HSP). Our kids are all girls, the oldest 2 like to dress up, laugh, play on our swing, go to parks, dance, be outside, do crafts. Their ideal day involves having fun. The baby is very chill and enjoys being talked to and sharing smiles.
