Babysitter Needed To Help With Bedtimes

We are at a stage of "one-parent-plus-two-kids-plus-bedtime = insanity". I have started working part time and want someone who can occasionally help through dinner and bedtime when I work, and help on an evening or two per month for dates. You would be here with my husband, keeping the kids from harming each other (our daughter, 4, hasn't learned what is too rough with our son, who is 1). Then helping with bedtime routines while my husband swaps rooms to get the kids to bed. Our daughter is so intelligent and that's a large part of why we need extra hands when one of us is gone. She needs a little extra help regulating her emotions at bedtime and gets very jealous of her dad being with her brother. She's an angel with a big heart but is so bright and remembers her time as an only child. We have three cats and a dog. All of them are sooo friendly you'll have to push away all the love. They'll just come say hi then go about their day.
