Nanny Needed For My Children In Mission.

I have two stepkids - C, 9yo and S, 7yo - that come to our house after school everyday at 3 p.m. We have 50/50 custody with their Mom so on her weeks, she will pick them up by 5:30 and on our weeks, I will stop working by 5:30. They each have a short list of responsibilities that they are required to do every day after school (homework, pick up room, etc.) and our 9yo struggles with staying focused. We also have 3 dogs, including a puppy and it's become very difficult for me to continue working from 3 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. daily while watching a puppy and keeping our 9yo on task. I do not need pet care and your only responsibility would be the children. I'm looking for someone kid and respectful but also firm. The kids will see you as an extension of me and not a friend to play with.
