I am looking for a nanny to watch my 4-month-old as I return to work from maternity leave. I am open to a nanny share in your home. Would love someone with an early childhood development background. This can obviously be a tough transition, I don't even know where to begin in describing the type of person I'm looking for! At a minimum, someone who loves children, is detail oriented, has long-term availability, is CPR certified, and has their own transportation if watching the baby from our home.
