Nanny Needed For 2 Children

We are looking for a long term, consistent, great part time nanny/ mother's helper for 2 little boys We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I am a SAHM and need someone to help watch the our 2 boys (2yo & 3month old), 2-3 times a week for 4 hours a day, in order for me to do household chores, business correspondence, and running errands. We are very flexible and would like to establish a routine to stick with into the new year. We do not utilize screen time, stay as active as possible and prioritize experiences and adventures. Again, we are super flexible and can move times and days around as long as we can maintain a 4 hour time slot so I can be a productive human again (haha).
