Seeking recurring care for my 10-month-old daughter on weekdays that I work. I work rotating overnight 12s, so one week I would need care for her from roughly 5 p.m. on Monday until at least 3 p.m. on Wednesday. The following week would be 5 p.m. Wednesday until 3 p.m. Friday. I am somewhat flexible with pickup times, and I do have some family that can step in to fill gaps when the arise. I value prompt communication and entertainment for my kiddo that doesn't involve electronics.
