16 Month Old - Needs Morning Babysitter

We need someone who can watch our 16-month-old, at our home for about 3-4 hours a day, 3-5 days a week depending on a schedule we can work out. We want someone who has experience with his age children, who knows how to change diapers, play for long periods of time, can feed him solids and open to taking walking with him when the weather is nice! The only reason the time could change, is if his nap time changes.
