About the job
Leawood family needs a full-time Nanny for a new infant. We also have a4-year-old and a 10-year-old. They both have full-time care - daycare and elementary school - but there may be times when we need to help with them - pickup, school holidays, etc. Mom works from home but has a demanding remote job. The baby is breastfed, and the mom will be available to provide nursing but is otherwise unavailable during the day. Dad owns his own business and has a relatively flexible schedule, but he is also generally unavailable during the day. The grandparents - dad's parents - will be relatively involved in picking up and caring for the older kids and will be in the house most afternoons. Light housework would be expected. Mom sometimes travels for work, and the nanny will be expected to travel with her (all expenses and overtime covered).
