Mother's Helper Needed In Leawood 4-5 Hours Per Week. Somewhat Flexible Days And Times.

We are looking for a long-term, energetic and trustworthy Mothers Helper to start sometime in November. We would like someone to come over twice a week to mainly help out around the house, run errands, and eventually/occasionally watch the kids. I put down Monday's/Thursday's but the days and time can be flexible based on what works for both you and I each week. I'm thinking it'll be around 4 hours total per week. Our daughter is 6 years old, our oldest son is 2. 5, and our other son is a newborn. Main duties include: 1.)Running Errands- using your personal car 2.) Random Tasks around the House *Dishes- Washing, loading/unloading dishwasher *Toys- Picking up and organizing, doing weekly toy rotation *Tidying up *Helping meal prep *Unloading groceries 3.) Help with Kids- *Watching them if I need to go to appointments/run errands/do things around house *Engaging with the kids - playing, facilitating crafts/activities (we prefer limited screen time), go outside *Help with meal prep or facilitate snacks *Occasionally help pick up/drop off at school *Occasionally take older 2 kids out to do things, so someone who feels comfortable driving my car Requirements- *CPR certified (or willing to get certified, we will pay) *Experienced with kids
