Looking For A Reliable And Engaging Nanny For A Long-term Position

I'm looking for someone who is reliable and capable of meaningfully engaging with a child. Reliable means you show when scheduled and you give 24 hours notice if you need time off. Meaningful engagement means you are down on the floor with my daughter playing with her and talking to her--she does best with extroverted people. This position will start during the summer when we will have 2 full-time nannies in the home--we need to make sure we find someone who is a good fit before we lose our summer nannies. Because of this, pay will start at $15, but we can negotiate higher pay starting in August. This position may require you to transport our middle child between 2 schools a few times a week, you will be provided a vehicle or compensated for use of your own. We are looking for someone who is willing to stay with us for the next 2 years.
