About the job
I have a small window of time I need care for for my 3-year-old. She'll mostly just be sleeping. I have work early in the morning but I'll be back around 645 to bring her to daycare at 7. I don't care if you sleep as long as you'll wake up if she needs or do whatever else as long as she's within hearing range. She might wake up and need some comfort or a snack.
