Nanny Needed For My Children In Lawrence.

Father of 5 here in Lawrence, KS looking for a part time nanny or baby sitter. I guess I'm not sure the proper term to call it. I've just taken a new job and my wife be able to stay home which is what we've always wanted. However, the thought of me working more and her having to take on the burden of keeping the kids and house in shape when I'm not there has me worried about the stress it will cause on her. I don't really know how to articulate what type of care we will need. However I was thinking having someone come over for 2-3 hrs 2-3 days a week to give her a break from the kids. Maybe that's not worth someone's time but I thought Id give it a try. Hoping to set up a round of interviews with someone that would take on this opportunity or consult me on other options for care.
