Who we are: New to Lawrence. 2 laid-back -- but busy -- parents with full-time work-from-home jobs. 1 smiley 5-year-old who loves languages and building things. 1 wonderful live-in grandparent who could also use a break once a week. Seeking regular sitter: Structured playtime plus dinner, three hours weekly. We're flexible on day of week if your schedule is variable. Must be willing to tutor him a non-English language for 30 minutes per visit. (He's been learning French, but any second or third language is great. You do NOT need to be fluent.) Take him on "field trips"? Teach him a loud, obnoxious musical instrument? Outdoor adventures? Great, great, great: We look to YOU to give our son activity he craves with a structure we can all understand. We'd also need help with light housekeeping and meal prep.
