We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Lansing. I work as an on-call homebirth midwife , and I'm looking for someone who would be able to come to our home when I get called to a birth. I am on call half the month but would need about 10 days/month of on call childcare. I would pay an on call flat fee per month and then an hourly rate during births. We would need a babysitter who has their own car and who does not smoke.
