Occasional Sick-Child Care Needed For Infant

Seeking an occasional caregiver near Kansas City for one child. My job does not allow for absences without advanced notice (support heart surgery procedures), and I am seeking someone with a flexible schedule to help with care in the event my daughter is sick and cannot attend daycare. I do not have family help nearby that is able to watch her. Would need early morning (approx. 6:00 or 6:30am) to afternoon (typically 3-5pm) care. Would prefer someone who could accommodate requests within a 12-hour period. Thank you for looking!
