Seeking Part-time Nanny To Become A Part Of Our Family And Help As Our Family Grows Over The Years

We are looking for a great, part-time nanny to care for our little one at our home. This summer, it would be for babysitting, to get to know us and him, and so I can get a break a few days each week. We don't have specific guaranteed hours in mind, but we would like to figure out a schedule that would work for both parties. Starting in the fall, we would like to get a more structured and set schedule with guaranteed part-time hours each week. Our hope is to find a part-time nanny that wants to be with us long term, become a part of our family, and help us as our family grows over the years. Our ideal nanny will have: An active, nurturing, and positive personality; An understanding of child development; Previous experience as a nanny providing infant/toddler care; CPR/First Aid certification; and References available
