Short Term Infant Care | 4mo Baby Girl

I am due to have our second child at the end of September. I'll be on maternity leave through the end of the year. Our oldest child will be attending daycare/schooling - however when I have to go back to work, our daughter will only be 3/4 months old. I am looking to have someone watch her in our apartment until she's about 6/7 months old and then I will have her go to daycare with her brother. I work for my apartment complex so I am always available for emergencies and would be coming home for my hour lunch. Our apartment has an elevator, so you do not need to utilize stairs unless there is an emergency. I work Tuesday - Saturday, my husband works normally Monday - Thursday but may need to work a mandatory OT day on Fridays. We'd need Tuesday - Thursday in home care.
