About the job
I would be amazing if we could find a bilingual (English & Spanish) caregiver who can work on Spanish with the kids while providing hands off care. I believe kids are better off entertaining themselves for the most off I would have things planned for the caregiver some days to help provide activities for the kids that go along with teachings. I would just ask the caregiver to try and gauge what the children need each daymore connection / attention or uninterrupted free play where they are entertaining themselves mostlyusually a mix of both Im sure ;) I would ask the caregiver to partake in mild housekeeping while kids are entertaining themselves. I was thinking house from 930-3 p.m. during the week!
