Fun & Flexible Nanny Needed

Our current nanny has accepted a full time position and will be leaving us at the end of the month. We are looking for someone to work 2-2 1/2 days per week but are flexible on which days. My husband and I both work from home but we need someone to watch our kids so that we can get work done without interruptions! Our almost 6-month-old loves to cuddle, be read to, and tummy time. Our 3-year-old is full of energy-he loves to play with his monster trucks, build forts, and eat snacks. We are looking for someone who would be willing to do crafts/structured activities with him while the baby naps. We do have a 12-year-old as well but he is enrolled in an online school so will be in his room working during the day. He makes his own lunch so you'll probably only see him when he comes out to grab food! He keeps his dogs in with him.
