Over nights are a must due to my husband and I working some midnights and rotation. A schedule will be provided so there's no confusion if interested. The kids love everything to do with learning, reading, arts and crafts, and being outdoors. Reliability is a huge must for us and our children. Along with being able to engage in our children's interests. Interaction is big for us too Our family includes 2 Bernese Mountain dogs who adore our children. They're both very much gentle giants and love being outside in our fenced in yard.
