Seeking A Nanny For 6mo Baby Girl

I have been the primary caregiver for our 4. 5mo daughter since she was born in late April. My husband and I both work from home. We are currently seeking a loving and caring nanny to help us with our baby girl starting in October. We are interested in beginning with a part-time schedule (3-5 hrs/day; 4-4 days/wk). I would love to find someone who has experience with children under 1 who can help me get her into a good napping routine! I still support some of her naps (rocking in her nursery). You may have to do this at first, too, until her naps consolidate and she can sleep independently in her crib all the time. She is exclusively breastfed and won't currently take a bottle... although we'd like to try working on that, too. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a trustworthy caregiver :)
