We are a warm and growing family seeking a compassionate and experienced nanny to care for our 1-year-old daughter. Both of us work full-time, one in academia and the other in healthcare consulting, and typically one or both of us work from home during the week. Our daughter is curious, playful, and full of personality, and we're looking for someone who will engage with her thoughtfully, support her growth, and become a trusted, long-term part of her daily life.
