Nanny Needed For 2 Children In West Harrison, IN

We are looking for a nanny for our two children, 3. 5 yo and 1-month-old. My husband and I both work from home, so we are available to step in as needed, but would prefer someone that can truly manage our toddler while we are working. Our 3. 5 yo can take a while to warm up to new people, so we are looking for someone that is very kind and is able to connect easily with children. While our 3. 5 yo is very good at independent play, we would love a nanny that is truly engaged with her in play/crafts/interacting. We are currently looking for 3 days a week, but could potentially up to 5 days a week. We do have two dogs that are very well trained, but would like someone who is comfortable with pets, so they can be out during the day.
