Searching For An In-home Nanny For Our 1 Year Old!

Hi there! We have a 1 yr old son who is inquisitive, adventurous, and on the verge of walking. My husband and I both work from home and are looking for someone to take care of our son in our home during our busier work hours. My work schedule is fairly flexible, so for the time being we're hoping to have someone come 2-3 times a week for 3-4 hours to provide him extra social interaction and stimulation. At the moment we're flexible on which days we'll need care (Monday through Thursday) and we can also flex on whether those hours fall in the morning or afternoon. Ideally, we'd love for this person to play stimulating games, read to him, and engage in other activities. We do have a dog, so we're also looking for someone who is pet friendly.
