There is nothing specific that my child(ren) requires in terms of any kind meds or special needs. My daughter is 2 and is going through her fun "terrible twos" and can go into a fit, for this I simply let her throw her fit and support her as needed. If she escalates (hitting etc) I set her in her crib with nothing in it and walk away. Our day is pretty simple. I try to keep my 2-year-old on a schedule by waking up at 9 a.m. (I have an "alarm" on her hatch sound machine) and nap time at 1 p.m. Everything in between is typically play time. (of course meals too). Come January my son will be 4 months old and he is pretty straight forward - eat, change a butt, sleep! My daughter likes playing pretend, reading books, drawing/coloring, and cars and dinos. We try not to use the TV throughout the day but when we do it's movies rather than tv shows or videos (I find she gets board of the movie after a bit and will go play again rather than sitting and watching baby shark for hours ha.)
