Part-time Babysitter For Toddler Boy & Newborn

We are looking for a part time babysitter for our two boys to come to our home. Days/times are very flexible but afternoon availability is a must. Important: Our nearly 2-year-old son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. At this time you would not be responsible for giving insulin, but you would be watching his blood levels on the phone his continuous glucose monitor is connected to and treat a blood sugar low if it were to occur. So we need someone reliable and responsible and who is willing to learn diabetes management and someone who would be willing to learn how to give insulin shots in the near future. For now, the majority of the time you would just be watching my 3-month-old while my toddler naps or just watching my baby while I take my toddler out with me. Thanks!
