I am exploring options for when we have our baby in September. I plan to transition back to work, but I am not sold on the idea of daycare for an infant. My work wants to know my return to work plan, and I feel very unprepared to make any kinds of decisions for that. My work in general is flexible enough that I don't need to go in all the time, and as long as my work get done, it doesn't necessarily matter when I get it done.
