Long-term Nanny For 2 Kids (ages 2 Yrs And 6 Months) Starting This Spring/summer.

Our nanny is getting married this summer and will be leaving us. We are looking for someone to replace her mid June, but hoping to have someone start a couple days a week before she leaves us. This job would be approx 4 days a week 9a-4p, but can be flexible. We have two kids, a 2-year-old a a 6-month-old. We have 1 dog, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable around dogs. I work from home in the basement while my husband's day-to-day varies. Having someone who is comfortable watching the kids while I/we are still in the home is important! We prioritize healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. We need our nanny to embrace and respect the "crunchy" lifestyle! This is a job that we would ideally have someone in for a long time. We want our nanny to treat our kids like their own and feel like family to us!
