The child you would be caring for is under a year. I would need someone who can be flexible and is good at keeping me updated on how she is doing and can keep her on her schedule to the best of their ability. I work 2nd sift and can sometimes not be home until 10/10:30 p.m. My shifts start for work can range from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
