Seeking Mary Poppins Type For Help With Newly Blended Family!

We are a blended family with kids in 3 different schools. We just got married in August after having both been widowed. Our kids are generally happy and well-behaved, but we could use another pair of hands and ears and eyes consistently for things like going to the park, light housework, teaching kids to do their chores, helping with homeschool and homework, laundry, meal prep, etc. Think Alice from the Brady Bunch, or Mary Poppins: firm, but kind. Plays games, all sorts. Cheerful disposition. Experienced with kids and ideally very organized and interested in helping to keep our home running smoothly. Must be an initiative-taking problem-solver! Schedule may vary week to week as Dad is an ER doctor whose schedule changes. Specifics are negotiable and we look forward to hearing your ideas!
