I have a 1. 5-year-old and expecting a second baby when the first is around 21 months old. Grandparents are around in the house helping, but with a second baby coming, it will be a lot for them alone. Ideally, we want to hire a longer term nanny that can handle 2 young kids for a few hours by herself. Most days, however, the grandparents will be able to help and join in on activities. Would like the nanny to be able to bring the toddler out to activities including the zoo, museum, library story times on an almost-daily basis.
