Nanny Needed For A 1-Year-Old In Portage

My husband and I both work full-time & we have 1 child who will be a year old in May 2025. We have two . I work M-F & he works rotating, swing shifts (so schedule varies). We're looking for a FT nanny starting in the summer of 2025 in our home in Portage. We do no screen-time with our child, as we prefer to engage in more traditional ways such as reading, singing songs, playing developmentally appropriate games. Looking for someone who is warm, kind, very patient & trustworthy. Would need to be available Monday-Friday between 7:40am-5pish, although actual days worked/week would vary based on husband's schedule. Could be as little as 1 day/week or as many as 5. Open to weekly salary. Also includes light housekeeping. Must have prior experience & be or willing to be CPR certified. Also must be comfortable with cameras in the home.
