Urgently Need Help In Noblesville, IN

Our situation is exceptionally tricky and urgent. I am currently pregnant with our 4th child and was just released from the hospital with pneumonia in both lungs. All 3 of my kids are in various stages of recovering from the flu. My husband had to return to work today. I can only do a little bit at a time because my oxygen is being closely monitored. I also operate a business out of our home which constantly needs some of my attention. As you can imagine that makes it tricky with 3 sick children. I understand this is a big ask but need someone who isnt afraid of the illness (or would be comfortable wearing a mask etc) that can help keep the endless request of snacks and drinks supplied, fold the kids clean laundry, help me tidy up the kitchen, etc. There would likely be some downtime and you could even come and go.
