Variable schedule for 2-3-month-old infant when I go back to work. Also have a dog (golden retriever) so would need pet care during the days that I am gone. Simple things such as letting him out and perhaps an occasional game of fetch when the baby naps. Despite variable schedule, can guarantee 30-40 hours a week.
