Full-Time Mother's Helper To Child With Down Syndrome

We are looking for a responsible and loving person to help out with our son, who has Down syndrome. He is 7 years old and in school half a day. He needs help with everyday activities. I am a stay at home mom and have 4 other children. It would be helpful to find someone with special needs background or an education background to help us implement speech and language and play skills. The weekends can be flexible with hours and one weekend off per month is feasible, if needed.
